β»οΈ 2. Vintage & Pre-Owned Products
Many products sold by WOKEN Outdoors are vintage or pre-owned.
Due to the nature of pre-owned clothing, items may show signs of previous use or age, including:
β’ Minor marks
β’ Fading
β’ Bobbling
β’ Small pulls
β’ General wear consistent with age and previous use
We inspect our products and aim to clearly photograph and describe any significant imperfections we identify.
Our condition grading system is:
β Grade A β Excellent pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear.
π Grade B β Good pre-owned condition with visible signs of previous use or minor imperfections.
π° Grade C / Bargain Corner β Heavier signs of wear and/or noticeable imperfections. These will be reflected in the photographs, description and price.
Customers should review the photographs, product description and condition grade before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
πΈ 3. Product Descriptions, Images & Sizing
We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, sizing, colours and condition information are accurate.
For our individual vintage and pre-owned products, the item shown in the listing photographs will normally be the item you receive unless clearly stated otherwise.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your deviceβs display.
Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing. Where measurements are provided, we recommend checking them before purchasing.
π· 4. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (Β£) unless otherwise stated.
We may change product prices or discontinue products at any time.
Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
