🔁 Returns on Vintage Items
Due to the nature of vintage clothing:

Items cannot be returned for general wear, minor marks, or signs of age

Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described
If you believe your item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns on New With Tags Items
New With Tags items are eligible for return under our standard returns policy.
To qualify:

Item must remain unworn and unused

Tags must still be attached
-
Returned in original condition
If tags are removed or the item shows signs of wear, the return may be refused.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it quickly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect — processing times may vary depending on your bank.
